The death has taken place of Joseph (Jagger) Wemyss, Jerpoint Abbey, Thomastown, Co Kilkenny, peacefully, at his residence, after a battle bravely fought. Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Agnes, daughters Amy and Ellie, sons Joe and Steven, grandchildren Joe and Bella, brothers Bobby, Jimmy, Michael and Christopher, sisters Joan, Ann and Bernie, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Reposing at his residence from 1pm on Sunday with rosary and Vigil prayers at 7.30pm. Leaving from his residence to arrive at the Church of the Assumption, Thomastown, for Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 midday, followed by removal to Mount Jerome Crematorium Harold’s Cross, Dublin for service at 4pm. Generous with his time, Jagger will be missed by all who knew him.
