These days envelopes are being distributed throughout the Parish for the weekly envelope collection, which is to pay for costs incurred by the Parish throughout the year in various projects that need to be undertaken. Meanwhile, the offertory collection will, hopefully, meet the ordinary running costs of the Parish. Envelopes are also distributed for the payment of the priest of the Parish. Like every home and business, costs are runup, and need to be attended to, so we rely on the generosity of our parishioners. If you haven’t got envelopes, please contact Fr. Dan, any member of the Finance Committee, or the Parish Office. A word of thanks to those who undertake the task of delivering the envelopes. They say they enjoy the opportunity to meet and greet the neighbours.
