Jim passed away peacefully at home on Friday, 16 April in the presence of his loving family at the age of 85 years. Jim is pre-deceased by his loving wife Ann (nee Begley), brother Finbar, mother Kathleen and father Richard. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son Anthony, daughters Kathleen, Margaret, Ann-Marie and Bernadette; sons-in-law Pat, Trevor, Noel and Gerry; grandchildren Kevin, Gavin, Kyle, Vickie, Ciara, Dylan, Ceabhlóm, Aaron, Leah, Conor, James, Tara, Sophie, Keeva and Ryan; great-grandson Jackson; brother Dickie; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, all extended family and many, many friends.
May Jim Rest in Peace. A private family funeral will take place on Monday with Requiem Mass at 11 am in the Church of the Assumption, Thomastown which can be viewed on Thomastown Parish web-cam Click here Due to H.S.E. guidelines the funeral Mass and burial will be private to the immediate family (10 people in church).
