All Souls Day: on Saturday 2nd November, at 7pm, we will celebrate a Parish Mass for all the Dead, and especially for those who have died since last November’s Mass. Before Mass begins please come to the Sacristy to light a candle of remembrance and make sure we have the name of your
family member / friend on the list. In the Parish Church we have the Book of the Names of the Dead, those recalled by us, and prayed for by us. We light a candle beside the Book, somehow symbolising that with the help of our prayer they may complete their journey to our Father’s house and enjoy
eternal light in God’s presence.
